2pm Youth Conference Ends & Parents Pick up Youth at Central Florida Youth and Family Camp (CFYFC) at Deseret Ranch.

All Cocoa Stake youth who meet the following requirements are invited and encouraged to attend Stake Youth Conference:
  1. Minimum age: Youth that turn 14 during the 2024 calendar year.
  2. Maximum age: Youth that graduate high school (or equivalent) in May/June 2024. Youth that attended college full-time in Winter 2024 or Spring 2024 may not attend.
Night of June 27th - Youth will sleep in their own home
Night of June 28th – Youth will sleep in CFYFC Cabins
Thursday, June 27
  • 2:00pm - Parents drop off Youth & Check in at Cocoa Stake Center
  • Afternoon - Group games and activities
  • Evening - Dinner & Dance
  • 10:00PM - Parents pick up Youth at Stake Center
Friday, June 28
  • 8:30am - Youth arrive at Cocoa Stake Center with overnight items
  • 10am - 12pm - Morning Service Projects
  • Lunch
  • 1pm - 3pm - Afternoon Service Projects
  • Late Afternoon - Arrive at Ranch Camp for group games & activities
  • Evening - Dinner & evening activities, testimony meeting

  • Morning - Breakfast & morning activities

  • 2:00PM - Parent pick up youth at Ranch Camp
Ensure to identify all allergies including food allergies during online registration. All individuals with identified food allergies will be managed appropriately to ensure safe menu items are provided.
No. The entire cost of this Youth Conference is borne by sacred funds from your ward and stake.
Yes. The stake will provide a medical staff throughout Youth Conference. This staff will administer immediate aid to participants as necessary.
No. Youth and parents/guardians must both consent to all of these items, giving consent for the youth to participate in Youth Conference and receive medical treatment as necessary.
Adults register for Youth Conference using the same form as the youth. Adults fill out the form as the participant. Adults are recommended to put a non-participating adult family member, friend, or neighbor as an emergency contact, but can list a participating spouse if the entire couple is participating in Youth Conference. Since the online form requires both a participant and parent/guardian signature, the adult should sign both signature boxes.
